    Support Services

    With this service we provide technical assistance through an exclusive telephone number for the guest or the hotel systems department, where technically qualified personnel (WIFI, GPON, ETHNERNET ...) with access to the control panel of the premises, will resolve issues:

  • LEVEL 1- Directly to the USER, solving the connection doubts or the typical mistakes when connecting for the first time. This will release Customer Service personnel from these tasks and ensure that data entry errors or minor errors do not end up becoming an issue or complaint.
  • LEVEL 2- To the Customer Service personnel, for any system anomaly, visualising any installation of the group and being able to identify and resolve it remotely
  • The GLOBAL spirit of NETHITS allows the offer of these services tailored to the needs of the client, offering customer service in different languages and with a 24/7 availability.

    In this day and age there is an increase of terminals that connect per room, and an escalation of the bandwidth demands for this equipment (video-calls, streaming ...) The software for optimisation and intelligent management of NETHITS network traffic allows us to establish a natural order in communications, allowing - in very demanding environments and with limited bandwidth - the client to establish their communications or view their contents without annoying interruptions and any consequent complaints to the establishment.

With our HOT SPOT service you can get an extra return on your investment in technology, or by adding advertising and getting information from your guests.

    In NETHITS we have a division of CYBERSECURITY specialised in the hotel sector.
